As an AES SAP- Basis - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver SAP technology solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing SAP systems, providing valuable insights and solutions that drive business success. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage complex projects and mentor junior team members. You will build meaningful client relationships, anticipate their needs, and navigate the complexities of SAP technology to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Managing SAP Basis operations and providing client support for technology consulting projects
• Implementing and optimizing SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA environments to enhance system performance
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and automation
• Developing strategic technology plans to support business transformation initiatives
• Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to deliver innovative data visualization solutions
• Collaborating with teams to embrace change and drive process optimization
• Analyzing complex technical issues and providing solutions to improve system reliability
• Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in SAP technology best practices
• Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
• Confirming data integrity and security within SAP frameworks

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
