As our Front of House Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our customer service operations, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience while coaching and supporting a team that takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading, mentoring and supporting our Front of House Customer Service team.
  • Creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Coordinating rosters and diary management to keep the clinic running smoothly.
  • Supporting the Clinic Manager with day-to-day operations using a proactive "no surprises" approach.
  • Improving systems, workflows and the overall client experience.
  • Driving continuous improvement and helping implement new initiatives across the clinic.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has leadership or supervisory experience, or is an experienced administrator looking to take the next step into a leadership role.
  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Is highly organised with outstanding time management skills.
  • Can confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Has excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
  • Leads with integrity, professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Loves working with people and has a genuine affinity with animals.
