ABOUT THE JOB
As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting and developing new and captivating product designs for Lomography, with a focus on analogue photography. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and create innovative designs that resonate with our global community of photography enthusiasts, artists, and creatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, marketers, and project managers, you will ensure that the products not only meet technical requirements but also align with market demands while reflecting our passion for analogue photography.
In this position, your creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to identify trends in analogue photography will be essential to deliver exceptional design concepts. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive research on the functionality, aesthetics, user interface, and configuration of new products.
Project briefing and presentation setup for new products in development.
Execute cosmetic design based on the configuration of the new product under development, including but not limited to Form, Color, Material and Finishing.
Virtual and physical model building for the development process and engineering execution.
Support pre-production sample testing and review.
Resolve issues throughout the entire development process.
