What You’ll do
Support the software testing process and work closely with developers, business analysts and product managers
Maintain and update already developed/virtual software and/or interfaces
Follow best practices and policies in testing
Participate in troubleshooting issues - both functional and technical
Provide transparency through feedback and test results
Test web-based, mobile and API applications
Perform system, integration and user testing
Improve performance through appropriate tools and automation (if applicable)
