YOUR ROLE As a Customer Support Officer, you are responsible for monitoring and coordinating outgoing customer orders from start to finish. You'll ensure deliveries meet agreed service levels, identify potential issues before they impact the customer, and work closely with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities include: - Monitoring outgoing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Tracking transport exceptions and resolving operational issues through system analysis and coordination. - Analyzing order data while monitoring KPIs, planning, and operational performance. - Identifying discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and coordinating with colleagues to resolve them. - Supporting continuous operational improvements by proactively identifying and addressing process deviations. You'll join the Customer Support team within our High-Tech division in Venlo. The team works closely with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Transport, and our international customers to ensure smooth daily operations.
