π Job Opportunity: Commercial Operations Manager at StickEarn
About StickEarn StickEarn is one of Indonesia's most advanced Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising companies. Through products such as StickEarn, Playlog, and LYNX SSP, we help brands rethink how outdoor advertising can become more measurable, technology-driven, and effective.
As a Commercial Operations Manager , you'll be the deal infrastructure behind our Sales Director. This role is not about post-deal execution β it's about making sure every deal is commercially sound, priced correctly, operationally feasible, and approved before it ever reaches the client. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Supply Partnerships, and Finance β the internal engine that makes winning deals possible at StickEarn.
π What Youβll Do
- Pricing Management β Enforce compliance with pricing thresholds set by RevOps. Review and approve all custom pricing from Sales, ensuring nothing reaches a client outside RevOps-approved parameters.
- Proposal Workflow β The proposal is prepared collaboratively by the Strategic Planner and Supply team. Your role is to review and ensure every proposal is accurate, commercially correct, and fully aligned with client requirements before Sales presents it.
- Commercial Validation (Inventory & NPV) β Coordinate with the Supply team on inventory data. Validate that the combination of inventory, pricing, and client requirements does not breach NPV thresholds before any deal commitment is made.
- Deal Approval Process β Own the internal approval matrix. Route non-standard commercial terms to Finance and leadership for sign-off. No deal gets committed externally without proper internal clearance.
- Escalations & Campaign Issue Management β Be the internal escalation point when active campaigns face blockers. Coordinate directly with the Operations Manager, Campaign Team, and Finance to resolve issues, keeping the Sales Director informed of status and outcomes without requiring his direct involvement.
- Internal Alignment β Keep Sales, Operations, Supply Partnerships, and Finance consistently aligned. Facilitate deal status reviews and surface commercial risks early, ensuring the Sales Director maintains full visibility into deal health even while staying hands-off from day-to-day execution. β What Weβre Looking For
- 5+ years in commercial operations, revenue operations, or sales operations β ideally in media, advertising, or OOH
- Strong understanding of pricing structures, deal margins, and NPV / ROI frameworks
- Proven experience managing proposal workflows and deal approval processes
- Ability to validate commercial viability β not just execute tasks handed to you
- Demonstrated cross-functional coordination across Sales, Finance, and Operations
- High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for financial modelling and deal analysis
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
