Schedule: Day shift | Part-time

Salary range: $94,223.00 - $133,015.21 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities related to nursing clinical areas across the continuum of care, including traveling between various sites within the suburbs.

Serve as a strategic consultant to design, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted, competency-based programs and clinical performance processes.

Collaborate with leaders and staff to assess educational needs and develop plans that support core nursing and clinical competencies across the organization.

Manage performance standards for inter-professional programs and utilize specific methods, measurements, and tools to evaluate the achievement of learning goals.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required

Work Experience

  • Required professional licensure at time of hire
