Job description
Job Summary Provide diagnostic assessment and treatment services to patients in clinical settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Number of Positions 4 Main Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing. Interpret clinical and diagnostic results to establish evidence-based diagnoses. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and management plans. Coordinate care and consult with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in accordance with privacy and professional standards. Provide patient and family education, counseling, and follow-up to support treatment adherence and self-care. Requirements Degree, diploma, or certification in a relevant health profession or clinical discipline. Relevant clinical experience performing assessments and delivering treatment in a healthcare setting. Demonstrated ability to perform and interpret common diagnostic procedures and tests. Solid knowledge of clinical protocols, evidence-based practice, and infection prevention and control. Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills suitable for multidisciplinary care environments. Eligibility for registration with the appropriate regulatory body where required and legal authorization to work in Canada.
