ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in Dubai is expanding its brain, spine, neurotrauma and advanced neurosurgical services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Neurosurgeon to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and manage cranial, spinal, neurovascular, neuro-oncology and neurotrauma cases according to expertise.
• Perform neurosurgical procedures with safe patient selection, consent and perioperative planning.
• Coordinate care with neurology, ICU, radiology, oncology, rehabilitation and emergency teams.
• Manage acute neurological deterioration, postoperative care, complications and long-term follow-up.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, tumour boards and trauma pathways.
• Support surgical governance, infection control, audit and patient safety initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY

• UK CCT / FRCS Neurosurgery
• European Board / national neurosurgery specialist certification
• Royal College Certification (Canada)
