Job description

Muller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead (Facility Management) to lead the implementation of a ServiceNow-based Facility Management solution for a large enterprise client in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, solution design, platform configuration, and integration with SAP systems to deliver an enterprise Facility Management solution that supports operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow Facility Management solution.
  • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules supporting Facility Management operations.
  • Deliver core capabilities including:
  • Maintenance Management
  • Work Order Management
  • Service Requests
  • Workplace Support Services
  • Transportation Services
  • Telecommunications Services
  • Inventory Management
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Technical Support
  • Asset Engineering
  • KPI & SLA Management
  • Reporting and Dashboards
  • Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and SAP for:
  • Vendors
  • Contracts
  • Purchase Orders
  • Service Entry Sheets (SES)
  • Payment Status
  • Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and development activities.
  • Develop and review integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow integration technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and implementation teams.
  • Support solution testing, SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation artifacts.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, and performance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Workplace Services, Facility Management, or related ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience implementing Maintenance, Work Orders, Service Requests, Asset Management, and Workplace Services.
  • Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and/or SAP Ariba.
  • Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), ITSM, ITAM, or CSM modules.
  • Experience with enterprise reporting, dashboards, KPI, and SLA management.
  • Experience working on large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience delivering ServiceNow Facility Management implementations in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP procurement and finance processes.
  • Experience leading technical teams throughout the full project lifecycle from design to go-live and post-production support.
