About the Role
Directing and guiding visitors and accompanying them inside the museum, providing all necessary information with high quality and efficiency and ensuring the best services are provided to the museum visitors.
Position Details Location: Dubai, UAE Contract Type: Full-Time (24-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Contract Duration: 24 Months (August 2026 – July 2028)
Key Responsibilities
Selling and receiving ticket fees for entry to the museum.
Ensure that the daily fees collected are handed over to the concerned official.
- Ensure that the fee data matches the actual amounts received.
- Provide all necessary needs to ensure smooth workflow, including availability of entrance tickets, brochures, •
Assist in organizing and implementing educational programs and trips.
- Contribute to preparing reports on the effectiveness of educational programs and trips.
- Accompany visitors and guiding them to the various sections of the museum and give them the necessary information about them.
- Objectively transferring correct information about the various exhibits, collectibles and art collections to the visitors.
- Communicate and respond to all inquiries that are raised by visitors in an accurate and correct manner.
- Organize, arrange and facilitate the movement of visitors in the museum.
- Distributing and maintaining the speaking guide devices.
- Conducting field visits to schools to promote the collections, activities and introduce the museum content in line with the school
- Preparing daily reports of the number of visitors and submitting them to the chief guides.
- Assistance in supervising guides and reception staff in the absence of the chief guides.
- Providing innovative and developing suggestions and ideas in order to attract the largest number of visitors to the museum.
- Preserving the safety and personal belongings of the visitors.
- Report any comments or complaints from visitors and work to solve them satisfactorily and as soon as possible.
- Adherence to the procedures, policy and instructions of occupational safety and health and the environmental management system policy applied in the authority.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the job, as assigned.
Required Experience
Higher diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration or equivalent from an accredited university.
2-4 years of experience in a relevant working field Years of Experience •

Proficiency in the art of dealing with visitors of all ages, personalities, beliefs, cultures and natures
