B2B Sales Specialist (Makati)
Job description
Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite Industry: Distribution & Retail Location: Makati
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling premium products to corporate and business clients while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts by providing tailored solutions and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Deliver product presentations, explain features and benefits, prepare quotations, and negotiate agreements to support the sales process.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling premium products, luxury goods, or corporate solutions.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
