Demand and Supply Associate

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Demand and Supply Associate to join our Sales Planning and Administration Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in the Rundown management of select Toyota models, leading its short to mid-term demand and supply planning to ensure business continuity.

Your role and responsibilities

• Key person in Supply and Demand Planning for assigned Toyota models based on source origin.
• Responsible for demand and supply forecasting to support vehicle ordering and inventory management
• Monitor vehicle supply status, allocation, and shipment schedules to ensure timely market availability
• Coordinate with internal departments and regional offices regarding vehicle supply requirements and concerns
• Analyze assigned Toyota models, including market & segment performance, sales trends, and competitor activities
• Develop daily supply planning strategies to achieve sales targets and optimize vehicle availability
• Manage end-to-end supply and demand activities for handled models, including production level discussions and order planning
• Recommend process improvements and kaizen initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency
• Prepare reports and provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making on vehicle supply and demand planning
• Serve as the model PIC for assigned Toyota vehicle lines, ensuring alignment of supply plans with market demand and business objectives

• You stay updated on automotive market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities.
• You have strong planning and organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• You are confident in engaging with stakeholders and can navigate discussions and negotiations professionally.
• You are analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• You embrace continuous improvement and proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency.

Skills required

• Has background in Supply Chain Management and Planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, detail oriented.
• High analytical skills.
