Job description

Our partners are scaling fast, and the demand for high-quality, engaging video content has never been higher. If you’re a Video Editor who can transform raw footage, animations, voiceovers, and creative ideas into scroll-stopping content that drives real results — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Crafting

  • Conceptualize and create engaging short-form videos (10 short form videos per week) for product and promotional campaigns.
  • Edit video content for various platforms (e.g.,Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels) using industry-standard tools.
  • Develop storyboards to guide visual direction and ensure a cohesive narrative across all video content.
  • Collaborate with media buyers, senior editors, designers, and marketing teams to align content with brand messaging.
  • Support pre-production and post-production workflows, including shot planning, rough cuts, and final delivery.
  • Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and improve video output.
  • Apply basic knowledge of AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency (bonus).
  • Stay updated on video trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in content performance.

Your Superpowers

  • Around 1- 3 years of experience in video editing or content creation or a strong portfolio with trending short-form content (e.g., Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing video content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Capcut; basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus. •

Experience in developing storyboards and basic scripting.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet weekly video output KPIs •

Strong understanding of pacing, sound, and visual storytelling.

Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.

Familiarity with AI-powered tools for video creation or editing

Experience with product videos, social ads, or e-commerce visuals.

  • Excellent command of both Mandarin and English, including written and verbal communication.
  • Awareness of current video trends, platform best practices, and algorithm behavior.
  • Open to feedback and willing to learn training and support will be provided for the right creative talent.
