What You’ll Be Crafting
- Create, monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant traffic sources.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, optimize campaigns based on data insights, and drive continuous improvements in ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Execute full-funnel marketing campaigns, ensuring ads are strategically structured, creatively aligned, and performance-driven to meet client objectives.
- Prepare detailed and structured performance reports for management and clients, translating data into clear insights and actionable next steps.
- Monitor campaign budgets closely and optimize return on investment (ROI) by adjusting bids, targeting strategies, and creative direction accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, copywriting, and project management, to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand positioning and performance goals.
- Identify and experiment with new advertising platforms, tools, and emerging trends to unlock additional growth opportunities.
- Manage and execute marketing projects efficiently, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with campaign timelines and KPIs.
Your Superpowers
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, performance funnels, audience segmentation, and paid media strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and lower CPA.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and performance scaling strategies.
- Familiarity with tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking setup is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysia’s digital and social media landscape, with awareness of trends and algorithm updates.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills for stakeholders collaboration and reporting.
- Strong ownership mindset, critical thinking ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Flexibility to put in extra hours when necessary to meet campaign deadlines or urgent optimization needs.
