Process Management Sr. Executive
Job description
Key Responsibilities
Process Documentation & Mapping
- Document business processes, workflows, SOPs, policies, and procedures in a clear, structured, and standardized format.
- Gather process information through interviews, workshops, meetings, and coordination with process owners and department representatives.
- Analyze operational activities and convert them into formal process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Support process mapping initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, PowerPoint, or similar applications.
- Maintain a centralized repository of process documentation and ensure documents are properly organized and accessible.
Documentation Management
- Review, maintain, and update existing process documentation to reflect operational, regulatory, or organizational changes.
- Ensure consistency in documentation formatting, terminology, templates, and standards across all departments.
- Monitor document versions and maintain proper version control records.
Process Improvement Support
- Support process improvement and business excellence initiatives through the preparation of documentation, reports, and process analysis materials.
- Assist in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documented processes accurately reflect actual operations and business requirements.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of business process management concepts and documentation methodologies.
- Ability to create professional flowcharts, process maps, SOPs, and reports.
Must be Fluent in English
