About this Position
As a Senior IT Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that support informed business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will act as a trusted partner to business units by understanding their reporting needs and delivering impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across operations. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic environment where analytical thinking and continuous improvement are valued. What you´ll do
- Collaborate with business units / managers to understand their business and reporting requirements; Communicate regularly with business units / managers and show a structured and analytical working approach
- Provide reporting solutions by building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI as well as MSOffice (PPT, XLS); Understand and interpret data sets & dashboards, and investigate on potential errors or discrepancies
- Perform data quality checks on various data sources to ensure report accuracy; Handle access management on created reporting solutions & databases
- Execution of documentation maintenance and knowledge base updates; Create data models using DAX, PowerQuery, and other relevant tools for Data Extraction & Transformation
- Use PowerApps and PowerAutomate tools to integrate platforms and maintain them; Provide technical guidance to end-users on dashboard usage and investigate on potential tool issues
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for proper authorization and access management purposes; Monitor completed dashboards to ensure sustained performance and usability, as needed
- Apply process improvements and best practices on dashboard optimization and automation
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or any related course
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Reporting and Analytics and IT Project Management,
- Experience in Power BI (dashboard development, reports creation and enhancement, automation)
- Skills in MS Power Apps and Power Automate are required; Preferably with MS Certification
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; With experience in high level stakeholder management and management reporting
- Organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment; Able to implement on-time and handle multiple priorities in an agile environment
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN to 9:00 PM) on a hybrid work set-up
