Job Title: Head of Sales – B2B E-Commerce Distributor
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote
Salary Range: USD $4,000 –$5,000 per month + Performance-Based Commissions
Language Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English
We are seeking a skilled Head of Sales with proven experience leading quota-carrying B2B sales teams in distribution, construction products, or comparable technical industries to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, coaching and developing a high-performing sales organization, and personally managing strategic customer relationships. Your work will directly impact sales performance, customer growth, and overall business success.
Key Responsabilities
- Lead and manage the overall sales function, driving revenue growth and achieving company sales targets.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives through regular pipeline reviews, performance coaching, and sales strategy execution.
- Carry an individual sales quota while managing and growing strategic customer relationships as a player-coach.
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent while managing performance and accountability across the team.
- Design and optimize sales compensation plans, commission structures, and incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain CRM excellence using HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and sales process consistency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve sales performance, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Strengthen customer, supplier, and vendor relationships while identifying opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and profitability.
Must-Have Qualitifications
- 3+ years of experience leading quota-carrying B2B sales teams.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and improving sales team performance.
- Experience carrying an individual sales quota while leading a team.
- Background in B2B distribution, wholesale, construction products, industrial products, or a comparable technical industry.
- Experience using a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipelines and forecasting.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including understanding sales performance metrics.
- Excellent written and spoken English with availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
- Self-driven leader with strong coaching, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales leadership experience within distribution, wholesale, construction, building products, electrical, plumbing, or door hardware industries.
- Experience selling through e-commerce channels such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or BigCommerce.
- Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework and Traction methodology.
- Experience leading sales teams within high-growth organizations.
- Background in improving sales performance through consultative selling, pricing strategy, and sales process optimization.
