About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive Mid Market based in Bogota or Buenos Aires, with a hunter mentality and knowledge in B2B Sales (ideally in a SaaS) to join Simetrik and help us skyrocket our revenue. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a pro at collaboration and someone who can learn, organize and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

The Mid-Market Account Executive position is vital for solidifying Simetrik's standing as the Latin American leader in financial management and reconciliation. This strategic role serves as a significant growth catalyst, instrumental in replicating success across Spanish-speaking Latin America and enhancing market penetration by establishing Simetrik as a key reference within the segment. The role involves the collaborative development of market-specific commercial and go-to-market strategies, necessitating adaptation to local regulatory frameworks, operational nuances, and cultural contexts. This ensures a precisely aligned value proposition and maximizes the rate of platform adoption within the mid-market. Ultimately, this position is responsible for driving revenue generation, reinforcing brand positioning and market credibility, and guaranteeing the sustained expansion of Simetrik throughout Latin America.

What are the key responsibilities of this role?

  • Serve as a point of contact for specific customer account management matters.
  • Work with existing clients and prospect Mid Market clients.
  • Maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers.
  • Support relationships of trusted advisors with key accounts and interested clients.
  • B2B SaaS sales experience (ideally).
  • Knowledge and experience in articulating Sales methodologies such as Meddpicc and Command of the Message.
  • You’re a pro at collaboration and persuasion.
  • You’re highly self-motivated and have a passion to continually progress and grow.
  • Comfortable working with multiple remote teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
