Director, F&B Guest Experience
Job description
Under the direction of the Vice President of Food & Beverage, the Director of Food & Beverage Guest Experience is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously enhancing service standards across all Food & Beverage operations. This role ensures a consistently elevated and brand‑aligned guest experience through the creation of clear service standards, structured training programs, and ongoing operational evaluation. The Director partners closely with F&B leadership to integrate service expectations into daily operations, actively observes and evaluates performance in real time, and drives continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and accountability. This highly visible role is instrumental in advancing service delivery, strengthening team member engagement, and ensuring alignment with Foxwoods’ brand standards. Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field. Minimum of (5) years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience, including at least (2) years in a General Manager role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with player development and VIP guest programs. Familiarity with gaming regulations related to food and beverage service. Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction in a high‑volume hospitality environment. Experience in a casino resort, luxury hotel, or large‑scale entertainment venue strongly preferred. Strong understanding of F&B operations across multiple venue types (fine dining, casual dining, bars, banquets, in‑room dining). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead through influence. Proficiency with guest feedback platforms, POS systems, and reporting tools. Ability to prepare and manage financial and staffing budgets and perform cost and revenue analyses.
