We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to spearhead client relationship management and strategic servicing initiatives. This role requires managing a portfolio of retirement and risk benefits clients. Active engagement with executive and senior management within client organizations to foster strong partnerships and ensure the successful execution of the strategic servicing plan. This position is pivotal in driving client success and satisfaction through strategic planning, execution, and relationship management.
Requirements
- Relevant 5-10 years' experience in boardroom consulting with a specific focus on retirement and risk benefits.
- Strong technical knowledge of the industry.
- RE5 qualification.
- Own transport.
