Job Overview
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to strengthen market presence and drive business growth. The role involves managing brand campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent brand positioning while enhancing customer engagement and brand value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness and business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, competitor activity and brand expansion opportunities.
- Define and maintain brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
- Oversee brand identity management and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Design and execute effective ATL, BTL and Digital marketing campaigns.
- Enhance brand presence through strategic visibility campaigns.
- Lead and manage new product development and successful campaigns.
- Plan and evaluate consumer promotions to boost brand engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and to create competitive trade plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with key principals and address market shifts proactively.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
- Establish and manage the budget for all brands and channel development programs and initiatives, collaborating with sales and trade marketing teams.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to improve strategic decision making.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in sales & marketing from a recognized institution.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong analytical skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for branding and consumer behavior.
