Essential functions of the role that can be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Launches websites for SAM and associated managed stores.
  • Use AI-powered tools to assist with content drafting, SEO optimization, page audits, and workflow automation to improve efficiency and scalability for all SAM managed websites.
  • Collaborate with the Website team to assist in maintaining websites.
  • Ensure website functionality, including testing, and updating as needed.
  • Analyze customer website experience and address usability issues.
  • Responsible for regular content audits of existing rental pages to ensure SEO best practices and proper content formatting.
  • Assist with avenues in improving site navigation, boost search engine optimization, and use web analytical data for an enhanced user experience.
  • Collaborate and communicate with third party web developers to facilitate website launches, including website changes or updates as needed.
  • Research and analyze trends and best practices to improve search ranking results.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team on best technical and content strategies.
  • Understand SEO principles to assist in the development and implementation of content and ensure consistency across all channels.

Education and/or Experience Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Education Desired.
  • Experience in WordPress is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content creation, SEO analysis, or workflow automation is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • SEO and Google Analytics experience is a plus.

Language Skills: Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language.

Work Hours: In a typical week, this position requires a minimum of 40 hours with regular and predictable attendance. May include occasional weekend work.

Work Environment: This work is usually performed indoors in an office environment with normal noise levels and no exposure to hazardous conditions. Employees in this position are required to reside in a state where SAM is registered to conduct business.
