Executive, AI Adoption & Digital Transformation
Job description
Responsibilities
- Support the adoption of in-house AI tools by understanding user pain points and identifying suitable AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop user guides, prompt guides, playbooks, and other supporting materials to facilitate AI adoption.
- Support user onboarding, solution testing, implementation activities, and post-implementation feedback.
- Configure and deploy workflow automation solutions using platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, or similar low-code/no-code technologies.
- Document workflows, business requirements, and implementation processes to ensure solutions are practical, sustainable, and compliant with organisational policies.
- Conduct user training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Develop training materials and scenario-based learning resources to build AI literacy across different user groups.
- Coordinate AI adoption projects from planning through implementation and rollout, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Track project tasks, timelines, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions while coordinating stakeholder communications.
- Prepare project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress updates, implementation reports, and post-rollout documentation.
- Promote responsible AI adoption by educating users on AI limitations, confidentiality, data governance requirements, and the importance of human oversight.
- Collaborate with clinicians, operational teams, IT stakeholders, and end users to drive successful AI adoption across the organisation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Digital Transformation, Education, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in AI tools, digital transformation, workflow improvement, and user enablement.
- Comfortable learning and adopting new software tools and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, or similar technologies will be an advantage.
- Experience in digital adoption, change management, business process improvement, or project coordination is preferred.
- Fast learner with strong adaptability and the ability to independently acquire new skills and technologies.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain AI-related concepts to non-technical audiences.
- User-centric mindset with the ability to identify practical AI-enabled solutions to address operational needs.
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, follow-ups, and project documentation effectively.
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across diverse user groups.
