Temp Billing Clerk
Job description
MISTRAS Group is seeking a Temporary Billing Clerk to support field and shop inspection operations in Savannah, GA . The Billing Clerk/Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Management team to assist in travel planning, shipping/receiving, scheduling and various other tasks as needed. Proficient Computer skills with all Microsoft programs and the ability to manage multiple databases is a necessity for this Job.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting day to day operations of the project.
- Travel planning and scheduling for remote projects
- Coordinate all logistics for the project including shipping, procurement, travel, etc.
- Manage and track multiple databases.
- Collect weekly timesheets from all employees and review for accuracy.
- Provide daily reports to Mistras Management on status of specific components of projects.
- Work closely with Management on various projects and tasks.
- Must exhibit strong professionalism within the working environment.
- PCMS Database experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Proficient with computers, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and trainable in "database" programs Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
- High School Diploma minimum, college is preferred.
- Must be able to Multi-Task
- Have a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication, organizational and Multi-Tasking skills.
