Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns to live their daily lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with them.

Our Shifts: 7am - 3.15pm, 3pm - 10pm, 10am - 6am

What you will be doing

This role will be covering a location in Bucksburn in a 3 bedroomed semi-detached house supporting two people. The people we support love spending time with staff who are fun, kind, caring, empathetic and who enjoy having a good laugh and walking. Some of the activities they enjoy are arts and crafts, puzzles and games, concerts, cooking, gardening, watching DVDs, dancing and listening to music. In order to support best lives possible staff are trained in autism, epilepsy and mental health as well as other numerous training activities. We are looking for a part time Support Worker for 30 hours per week. In order to support best lives possible our team have specialist training in autism and epilepsy as well as numerous training activities. We have 2 staff on shift in the morning and evening and 1 staff member during the night. This is a part time role for 30 hours each week.
