Starting pay rate is $38.54/hr. (non-negotiable)
Primary Purpose of Position
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Under directive supervision of a supervisor or skilled employee, may perform anyone or more of several types of semi-skilled work, of a more complicated nature than that performed by a Custodian.
- Performs work, utility in nature. This includes, but not limited to, the following: scaffold fabrication, assist Utility Technicians in general building maintenance and construction, insulation fabrication and removal.
- Operate hand tools and power tools under directive supervision.
- May perform incidental clerical and other related or less skilled work as directed.
- Must be willing to work under unusual or special working conditions and surrounding, climbing ladders, and working at heights in order to erect scaffolding.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Willing and available to work overtime when required
