Summary We’re looking for a talented Content Specialist with superb script-writing abilities to join our Creative Services team and help bring our customers’ brands to life through compelling storytelling. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys transforming business objectives into engaging, high-performing content.

What you’ll be doing •

Write compelling scripts for livestreams, short-form videos, product demonstrations, brand campaigns, social content, and customer marketing initiatives

Partner closely with Creative Services, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop content that aligns with client goals and business objectives

Translate complex products and brand messaging into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused storytelling

Leverage AI-powered writing and research tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, editing, and content optimization

Adapt tone, messaging, and style across multiple brands, industries, and audiences while maintaining authenticity

Continuously iterate scripts based on creative feedback, audience engagement, and performance metrics

Stay on top of emerging content trends, creator best practices, and video commerce innovations to keep our content fresh and effective

We’ll be excited if you have •

3-5+ years of professional script writing, copywriting, content marketing, or creative writing experience for digital media, video, advertising, or branded content

Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience writing for video-first platforms

Experience using AI-powered writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve creativity and productivity

Strong understanding of social media trends, branded and creator content, livestream commerce, and digital storytelling

Excellent editing, proofreading, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content accordingly

Collaborative, proactive, and low ego - you enjoy building and delivering great work together and supporting teammates across functions

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-growth startup environment

Must be able to read, write, and speak English and Hindi fluently; native Hindi preferred
