Your Role This role is ideal for a hands-on IT leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer support, leading operational teams, and ensuring employees have the technology and support they need to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the local IT team, ensuring excellent service delivery to all BCC staff.
• Act as the primary escalation point for IT service issues and customer concerns.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently through effective coordination with support teams.
• Lead major incident management and stakeholder communications to minimize business impact.
• Drive service quality improvements through trend analysis, reporting, and Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with DHL IT standards, governance requirements, and quality management processes.
• Oversee warehouse IT infrastructure and ensure standardized, reliable, and well-documented solutions.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and global IT teams to continuously improve the user experience and support model.

What We Are Looking For

• University or college degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong experience in IT Service Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Technical Support leadership.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently while leading and supporting teams.
• Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
