Job description

The Redcastle Country Hotel Donegal requires a full time Chef de Partie join the kitchen.
Working on starters and assisting on main courses when needed you will be an important part of the kitchen team in this luxury hotel.
Must have at least 2 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.
Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Euro 36,605 per annum salary.

Duties and responsibilities will include: Helping on different sections of the kitchen. Assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service. Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures. Cooking food to order.
