What daily challenges are waiting for you? •
Review and prepare commercial agreements related to e-commerce, marketplaces, IT, marketing, and intellectual property.
Support the creation and review of Terms & Conditions , policies , regulations , and other legal documentation.
Conduct legal research in the areas of e-commerce, consumer law, marketing, intellectual property, and digital platform regulations.
Assist with contract negotiations by reviewing redlines, comments, and multiple document versions.
Collaborate with business teams to identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented legal recommendations under the guidance of senior lawyers.
What you need to be successful in this role? •
Be based in Warsaw and available to work in a hybrid model from our Warsaw office.
Be a 4th or 5th-year law student , a law graduate , or a first-year legal trainee .
Have at least 6 months of experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department .
Be fluent in English , both written and spoken, with experience working on English-language legal documents .
Have experience reviewing contracts , working with redlines and comments.
Have experience with marketing and IT agreements , as well as Terms & Conditions, policies, and regulations.
Possess a basic understanding of e-commerce, consumer law, and intellectual property (including licensing and copyright).
Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify legal risks and inconsistencies in documents.
Be proficient in Microsoft Word , including Track Changes, Comments, and version management.
Demonstrate strong legal reasoning skills and a willingness to learn about e-commerce, marketplaces, marketing, and intellectual property.
Nice to have
Experience with marketplaces , SaaS , gaming , digital goods , or online platforms.
Familiarity with the Digital Services Act (DSA), Omnibus Directive, influencer marketing regulations, marketing compliance, or the AI Act.
Additional education or certifications in Legal English , intellectual property, new technologies, or consumer law.
Proficiency in Google Workspace , Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and collaborative document management tools.
