What daily challenges are waiting for you? •
Provide corporate legal support to companies within the Kinguin Group under the guidance of senior legal counsel.
Prepare drafts of corporate documents , including resolutions , meeting minutes , and internal legal documentation .
Draft and review intra-group agreements and support negotiations of standard commercial contracts.
Assist with the day-to-day legal matters of the business, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements.
Support the HR team with employment law matters and civil law cooperation agreements.
Prepare legal correspondence, applications, and submissions for courts and public authorities.
Conduct legal research and help the team stay up to date with relevant legal developments.
What you need to be successful in this role? •
Be a 4th or 5th year law student, a law graduate, or a first-year legal trainee.
At least 6 months of experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department (internships count).
Strong knowledge of Polish corporate and civil law (Commercial Companies Code and Civil Code) , with a basic understanding of employment law and corporate governance.
Excellent legal research and analytical skills .
Fluent English (minimum C1) and confidence using Legal English in a professional environment.
Very good command of Microsoft Word.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to develop your expertise in corporate and employment law .
Availability to work in a hybrid model , including at least two days per week from our Warsaw office .
Nice to have
Completion of a foreign law program or school (Szkoła Prawa Obcego).
Basic (surface-level) knowledge of the Accounting Act , the National Court Register (KRS) Act, and the PRS (Portal RejestrĂłw SÄ…dowych) system.
Good command of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with additional office software or graphic design tools.
Involvement in student organizations, academic clubs, or student government.
Basic understanding of corporate finance.
