Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role within Swedfund’s HR team and act as a trusted advisor to managers across the organization.

Key responsibilities in this role

Running, strengthening, and further developing existing HR processes and practices.

Driving and further developing the implementation of Swedfund’s Learning & Development framework.

Running, developing and maintaining the organization’s systematic work environment and health & safety initiatives.

Supporting managers in employee relations, organizational development, and employment law matters.

Managing union collaboration and participating in negotiations with local employee representatives.

Supporting recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition activities.

Running and developing manager's and regional forums.

Contributing to the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has

At least 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, of which 3-5 years within L&D (Learning and Development).

Extensive experience supporting managers in both operational and strategic HR matters.

Good knowledge of Swedish employment law.

Experience working with employee relations, union collaboration, and negotiations.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Experience working in complex, knowledge-intensive organizations.

The following are considered strong advantages

Experience working in an international organization.

An HR experience from banking, finance, insurance, legal, or other equivalent professional services environments.

Experience in driving HR process improvements and digitalization initiatives.

Knowledge of HR systems such as Hailey HR, Teamtailor, or Learnifier.

French language skills.

A university degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Practical Information

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (company policy allows remote up to 2 days/week).

Travel : Travel to the Nordic and other European countries as well as to the Swedfund’s regional offices is requested (approximately twice a year)
