About the role
The Senior Executive – IMC is responsible for managing client servicing, brand alignment, and integrated marketing campaign execution across GMG’s portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring brand principal relationships are maintained, marketing strategies are implemented effectively, and communication is seamless across all channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between GMG and brand principals, ensuring campaign alignment.
- Support the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, integrating digital, PR, events, and retail marketing.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop campaign timelines, creative briefs, and performance reports.
- Assist in managing agency relationships, ensuring smooth execution of brand campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors. Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed within financial constraints.
- Coordinate with internal teams, senior management, and other stakeholders to align communication goals and ensure all messaging is consistent.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop impactful content (e.g., advertisements, social media posts, press releases, etc.) that resonate with target audiences.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and campaign management platforms.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing, activations, and digital campaigns.

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial and operational team, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-7 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing communications or brand management.
Prior experience in retail, FMCG, sports, or lifestyle industries preferred.
Proven expertise in client servicing and stakeholder management.
