FEA Meshing Engineer
Job description
We're looking for a motivated FEA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in finite element analysis to join a leading engineering team supporting cutting-edge gas turbine development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and refining high-quality FE meshes using HyperMesh, ISEM, or similar tools
- Performing structural and thermal analyses using ANSYS
- Supporting the validation and improvement of simulation models
- Assessing component performance under demanding operating conditions
- Collaborating with experienced engineers to develop high-fidelity engine models
- Contributing to the design and optimisation of critical gas turbine components

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
Desirable Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in FEA and meshing
- Knowledge of ANSYS, HyperMesh, ISEM or equivalent tools
- Understanding of structural and thermal analysis principles
- Experience with model preparation, validation, and interpretation of results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in gas turbine simulation
