Job description

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to offer stage

  • Responsable for internal and external hires

  • Monitoring and ensuring the efficiency of the overall internal recruitment process

  • Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards and LinkedIn

  • Screening applications and conducting initial interviews

  • Ensuring a smooth candidate experience

  • Maintaining accurate data in our ATS (SmartRecruiters, BoondManager)

  • Collaborating with our European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)

  • Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication skills in English &French. Dutch is a plus

  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, international environment

  • Familiarity with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters experience is a plus)
