• *Job Title: CAPPS Financial Tower Analyst** **Location:** Remote (Local profiles preferred) **Position Overview:** IDR is seeking a CAPPS Financial Tower Analyst to support the statewide CAPPS Financials system. This role involves providing high-level technical expertise and functional assistance to ensure smooth operations within a large public sector environment. The position offers an engaging opportunity to work with advanced ERP modules and contribute to critical financial processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support and maintain the CAPPS Financials module, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and related components. - Provide functional configuration, issue resolution, and business process leadership within a statewide ERP system. - Collaborate with diverse teams to support system testing, change management, and user training initiatives. - Ensure compliance with policies, support system integrations, and contribute to release management activities. - Offer expertise in system security, policy alignment, and performance reporting to optimize financial operations. ** :** - Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policies. - Extensive technical skillsets with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc., to support functional responsibilities. - Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes. - Extensive knowledge supporting and providing oversight with batch jobs, i.e., Run My Jobs (RMJ). - Extensive knowledge of security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instance.
