• *Job Title: CAPPS Travel & Expense Analyst** **Location:** Austin, TX (Remote but only local profiles) **Duration:** Long Term **Position Overview:** The CAPPS Travel & Expense Analyst will support the CAPPS Program within the state government, focusing on functional configuration, system support, and process improvements for Travel & Expense modules. This role emphasizes system accuracy, policy compliance, and stakeholder support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform highly advanced consultative services and functional assistance related to the CAPPS Program. - Act as a subject matter expert for the CAPPS Travel and Expense (T&E) module, supporting configuration, issue resolution, change management, testing, reporting, and compliance. - Responsible for functional configuration, including business unit setup, expense types, routing rules, and system integrations. - Collaborate with various teams to ensure system updates align with policies and support operational needs. - Support user training, testing, and ongoing system improvements to optimize efficiency and compliance. ** :** - Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policies. - Extensive technical skillsets with App Designer, Integration Broker, and SQL/SQR/Bapproach BI Publisher. - Experience working with the Expenses module of PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2. - Extensive knowledge supporting and providing oversight with batch jobs, i.e., Run My Jobs (RMJ). - Extensive experience supporting the CAPPS Financials tower in PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2.
