Job description

Orange Business is here!

About us

Join us at Orange Business!

We are a network and digital integrator that understands the entire value chain of the digital world, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that shape their business.

Every day, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate. With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.

About the role

You are an experienced security incident manager who has spent years at the heart of security crisis response. You are the person others turn to when things go wrong calm, decisive, and structured even in the most chaotic situations. You have a deep understanding of how security incidents unfold, how attackers operate, and how to orchestrate the right people, tools, and processes to contain and resolve threats as fast as possible. You are equally comfortable in a technical deep-dive with SOC analysts as you are briefing senior stakeholders on incident status and business impact. You lead by example, take ownership without hesitation, and leave every incident better documented and better understood than when it started.

About you

As a Security Incident Manager at Orange Cyber Defense, you will serve as the central coordinator and decision-maker during security incidents across our managed client environments. You will be responsible for driving incidents from detection through containment, eradication, and recovery — ensuring that every stakeholder is informed, every action is tracked, and every decision is made with speed and precision. Beyond active incident response, you will play a key role in maturing OCD's incident management practice, refining playbooks, improving tooling integration, and mentoring the next generation of incident responders.

Key responsibilities include

  • Leading and coordinating the full lifecycle of security incidents, from initial triage through post-incident review
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients during active incidents, providing clear, timely, and accurate communication
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration between SOC analysts, threat intelligence, forensics, and client technical teams
  • Owning post-incident reports and ensuring lessons learned are translated into actionable improvements
  • Maintaining and continuously improving incident response playbooks, escalation paths, and SLA frameworks
  • Representing OCD in high-stakes client calls and executive-level incident briefings
  • Contributing to the development of incident management tooling, including ITSM workflows and SIEM integrations

You bring passion, energy, taste for exploration and adaptability. You seek the opportunity to expand your knowledge and develop new skills.

What we offer

  • Global Opportunities: Work in multi-national teams with opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and customers from all over the world. • Flexible Work Environment: Flexible working hours and possibility to combine work from office and home (hybrid ways of working). • Professional Development: training programs and upskilling/re-skilling opportunities. • Career Growth: Internal growth and mobility opportunities within Orange. • Caring and Daring Culture: Health and well-being programs and benefits, diversity & inclusion initiatives, CSR and employee connect events. • Reward Programs: Employee Referral Program, Change Maker Awards.

Only your skills matter

Regardless of your age, gender identity, race, ethnic origin, religion/belief, sexual orientation, marital status, neuroatypia, disability, veteran status or appearance, we encourage diversity within our teams because it is a strength for the collective and a vector of innovation. Orange Group is a disabled-friendly company and equal opportunity employer: don't hesitate to tell us about your specific needs.
