What You'll Bring Our ideal Hospitality Hero will have: Previous experience working in a kitchen or similar environment A positive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Great attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain) What You'll Be Doing

Living our "Yes, We Can" philosophy every day, you will: Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery and cutlery are cleaned to the highest standard Support chefs by maintaining a continuous supply of clean cookware and utensils Clean kitchen equipment including stoves, grills and bain-maries using the correct cleaning products and procedures Remove waste and recycling from kitchen and staff catering areas as required Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety throughout the kitchen Ensure all food outlets have the equipment they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences
