Job description
We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists to join an international team supporting a globally recognized technology company. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support while assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and after-sales services.
This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely from Greece while building your customer service career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
What You Will Do
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian and English
- Assist with product inquiries, orders, and after-sales support
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements
- Norwegian communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
