Danish Customer Support Specialist
Job description
We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists to join an international team supporting one of the world's leading online travel platforms. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support while helping customers with their travel-related needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely within Greece while building your customer service career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
What You Will Do
- Assist customers via phone, email, and messaging in Danish and English
- Support customers with reservations, payments, account inquiries, and general requests
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements
- Danish communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
