Role Overview: Build a repeatable hiring pipeline for US-facing Pakistan roles .

Job Description: Recruit high-performing professionals for AI consulƟng, soŌware engineering, staffing, sales, client success, and corporate functions. Build strong talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives for US-facing roles.

Roles

AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, UI/UX, QA, Data Engineers, Project Managers, AI ConsulƟng Sales, Marketplace (especially Upwork) Sales, SDRs, Client Success, Recruiters, HR, Finance, Marketing and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop sourcing strategies; proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals and job boards; screen candidates; coordinate interviews; manage offers; maintain ATS; Support recruitment marketing initiatives and LinkedIn hiring campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Required Experience

3–5 years of talent acquisition experience;

BBA or MBA in HR from a reputed institute.

Experience recruiting technology and sales professionals;

International or US-facing hiring experience;

Excellent English communication;

Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Experience recruiting candidates willing to work US business hours or night shifts .
