Guardian Tax is hiring, and we are looking for motivated Sales Closers to join our Chandler team. This opportunity is built for sales professionals who know how to build trust, communicate effectively, and confidently close deals.

This is a 100% inbound sales opportunity — no cold calling. Every conversation begins with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns.

As a Sales Closer, you will work directly with qualified prospects to understand their situation, identify their needs, educate them on available solutions, and guide them toward the best path forward.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
• Ask effective questions to understand each client’s unique situation
• Explain solutions clearly and professionally
• Address concerns and provide guidance throughout the decision-making process
• Maintain consistent follow-up and manage opportunities effectively
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals

Requirements

• 1 –2 years of phone sales experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to overcome objections and close deals
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Coachable, motivated, and professional attitude

Schedule

Full-time, in-office position

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One half-day Saturday per month
