Business Office Coordinator (BOC) is a medical front desk receptionist role in our Cardiology office.

Monday- Friday 8:00am -4:30pm, variable upon office

Position Summary

Support clerical, administrative, secretarial, functions for a very busy medical office.

What you will do

Check in/Check out

Answering multiple phone lines

Scheduling appointments

Manage Referrals

Insurance verification

Other clerical functions

What you need

High school graduate/ GED required

Education and/or training as medical secretary, medical receptionist, medical assistant preferred

Associates degree in a medical related concentration preferred
