You will research destinations, compare accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities to help clients find options that best fit their needs. You will also assist with coordinating reservations, organizing customized itineraries, confirming important travel details, and ensuring all documentation is accurate before departure.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to handle multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You should enjoy working independently while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate reservations and verify travel arrangements

- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout each client interaction
