Core Responsibilities & Everyday Operations
As a Customer Support Specialist, your daily contributions go well beyond traditional helpdesk tasks. You will assist users through the online banking ecosystem, ensuring their transactions are smooth, efficient, and protected.
- Omnichannel Support: Manage incoming requests through telephone and live chat, offering clear, constructive instructions on platform usage.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist clients with account creation, track transaction statuses, and diagnose software issues.
- Fraud Prevention & Security: Review user behavior to spot potential security threats, mitigating fraud to safeguard digital funds.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with an international team, using English to align on company goals and internal developments.
- Continuous Improvement: Accurately log client feedback so our development teams can consistently upgrade the software.
Candidate Profile: What We Are Looking For
We value a great attitude, strong communication abilities, and a solid work ethic above industry experience. You do not need a background in finance, as we offer comprehensive, paid training to set you up for success.
Minimum Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native mastery of both written and spoken French, paired with an intermediate (B2) command of English for internal company communication and onboarding.
- Optimistic Mindset: An approachable, proactive disposition with a genuine passion for helping people and learning new concepts.
- Tech Savviness: High comfort level navigating various computer applications and managing multiple open windows simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Readiness to work fully on-site at our Lisbon headquarters and accommodate a 24/7 rotating roster (including evening and weekend shifts).

- Base Pay: A fixed salary of €930 gross monthly, distributed 14 times a year (which includes the standard local summer and Christmas bonus allocations).

- Daily Food Allowance: €7.63 per scheduled workday, credited straight to a dedicated corporate meal card.
- Career Progression: Defined internal tracks to climb into leadership and specialized positions, such as Team Supervisor, Quality Assurance Analyst, or Corporate Instructor.
