Core Responsibilities & Everyday Operations

As a Customer Support Specialist, your daily contributions go well beyond traditional helpdesk tasks. You will assist users through the online banking ecosystem, ensuring their transactions are smooth, efficient, and protected.

• Omnichannel Support: Manage incoming requests through telephone and live chat, offering clear, constructive instructions on platform usage.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist clients with account creation, track transaction statuses, and diagnose software issues.
• Fraud Prevention & Security: Review user behavior to spot potential security threats, mitigating fraud to safeguard digital funds.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with an international team, using English to align on company goals and internal developments.
• Continuous Improvement: Accurately log client feedback so our development teams can consistently upgrade the software.

Candidate Profile: What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications
