Primary Responsibilities

Your core goal is to maintain an inviting, entertaining, and secure digital environment for millions of users by auditing user-generated uploads against corporate safety codes.

• Content Auditing: Carefully review and filter Italian-language uploads—including video clips, text, graphics, and audio tracks—to ensure total alignment with community guidelines.
• Rule Enforcement: Act quickly to address and remove uploads that violate platform regulations, such as cyberbullying, misinformation, copyright infringement, or hate speech.
• Contextual Awareness: Stay up to date with modern Italian slang, web trends, and cultural nuances to make accurate choices on reported items.
• Quality Benchmarks: Keep up high accuracy and productivity rates to routinely satisfy project KPIs and quality metrics.
• Case Escalation: Pass along highly sensitive, borderline, or complicated cases to senior policy experts and management for deeper analysis.
• Continuous Learning: Take part in regular upskilling sessions to remain fully updated on policy shifts and new application features.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements

• Linguistic Skills: Native-level or bilingual mastery of Italian (C1/C2), paired with a solid working knowledge of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communications and company training.
• Workplace Setup: Complete willingness to work fully on-site at our high-tech office hub in Lisbon.
• Technical Comfort: Ease navigating social media tools, video platforms, and everyday computer applications.
• Psychological Resilience: The emotional maturity and professional objectivity needed to evaluate sensitive digital media neutrally.
• Legal Standing: A valid EU passport or existing legal authorization to work within Portugal.

Preferred Extras
