Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and engineering sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and government entities.
- Monitor public and private tenders, evaluate opportunities, and coordinate bid submissions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the estimation and engineering teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations through to contract award.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover after contract signing.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's strategic growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional certifications in Business Development, Sales, or Project Management are an advantage.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or contracting.
- Proven experience in business development and securing projects within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Strong understanding of tendering procedures, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Existing network of clients, consultants, developers, or government stakeholders in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
