Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and engineering sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and government entities.
  • Monitor public and private tenders, evaluate opportunities, and coordinate bid submissions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the estimation and engineering teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations through to contract award.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover after contract signing.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's strategic growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional certifications in Business Development, Sales, or Project Management are an advantage.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or contracting.
  • Proven experience in business development and securing projects within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Strong understanding of tendering procedures, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Existing network of clients, consultants, developers, or government stakeholders in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
