Finishing Supervisor Q3 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all architectural and finishing works on-site.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect completed work and ensure it meets the required quality standards.
• Read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor finishing activities to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure the availability of required finishing materials and monitor their quality.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
• Resolve technical issues related to finishing works.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finishing supervision for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, specifications, and installation methods.
• Ability to estimate and calculate material quantities.
• Excellent understanding of architectural and finishing drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
